In addition, AoV also manages the Louisiana Music Channel, an internet broadcasting site that brings live local concerts and live web shows to the world via the World Wide Web promoting both venues and music.
The Acadiana region is one of the best places in the world to offer these live concerts and shows. With Lafayette recently voted the third best live music city in America.
AoV is the first company to offer this service and plan on eventually having every major venue in Louisiana a click away from everyone in the world. Louisiana Music Channel also plans to make it easier for bands and labels to connect.
Services are currently provided for free, streaming concerts 24/7 in order to boost popularity of the idea and will eventually rely on advertisers to help fund the program. The anticipated sale of DVDs and band merchandise will provide for multiple revenue streams.
